Installation of printed circuit board – PCB Assembly
Our PCB Workshop area is fitted out with the equipment that allows to perform wide range of orders from trial runs and prototypes to mass production volumes. We produce manual and automatic assembly of circuit boards and other work on the assembly of electronic equipment.

• Components of the size of 0402 (01005) ~ 74 ? 74 mm, BGA, flip chip.
• Installation of SMD-components at a pitch of 0.3 mm.
• Installation of any whip components.
• Installation of prototypes (from a single piece).
• Incoming inspection of passive components of the Customer (SMD and pin).
• Repair of printed circuit boards (removal of SMD, BGA and pin components).
• Manual and automatic assembly of printed circuit boards (depending on complexity, quantity and timing of production).
